Bravatek adds Visionary High Tech firm to complement its lineup of security products/services to deliver cutting-edge sensing technologies.

September 7, 2017 – AUSTIN, Texas – Bravatek Solutions, Inc. (OTCPink: BVTK, “Bravatek” or the “Company”) announces that it has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with DarkPulse Technology Holdings, Inc. (“DARKPULSE”), whereby Bravatek will act as a project-based business partner for prospective clients in the private and public sectors—for DarkPulse’s patented distributed fiber-optic sensing technology.
DarkPulse offers a full suite of engineering, installation and security management solutions to industry and government. Coupled with their patented technology, DarkPulse provides customers a comprehensive data stream of critical metrics for assessing the health and security of their Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CI/KR).
Dr. Thomas A. Cellucci, Bravatek’s Chairman & CEO commented: “This strategic alliance with DarkPulse Technologies allows us to tap into large critical infrastructure monitoring and security markets, an important priority for the Trump Administration. Our ability to create this ‘win-win’ alliance teaming provides useful capabilities now to prospective clients in both the public and private sectors.”
DarkPulse is in the business of manufacturing hardware and developing software solutions utilizing their patented dark-pulse system that offers rapid, accurate measurement and monitoring of critical systems, facilities and towers. DarkPulse breaks the barriers of temperature & strain cross sensitivity, as well as loss of spatial resolution inherent in other potential systems, allowing for applications of this technology into markets not currently served. DarkPulse excels when applied to live, dynamic structural monitoring including pipeline health, perimeter/security surveillance, real time border tunnel detection, aircraft & ship hull integrity assessment, and mining safety deployments. Their capabilities include providing central monitoring and security management solutions to a myriad of customers.
DarkPulse is a leader in developing security and perimeter solutions including real-time tunnel detection systems, pipeline heath monitoring, aircraft component monitoring technologies and key infrastructure monitoring, which play a key role in the development of “Smart Cities.”
Mr. Dennis O’Leary, CEO of DarkPulse commented: “After seeing how effective Bravatek is as a strategic channel partner for the public and private sectors, we are extremely excited to join forces with Bravatek in our efforts to make the world more secure.”
Mr. O’Leary continued: “We are pleased about joining forces with Bravatek. In fact, Bravatek’s CEO has literally written books on the protection and monitoring of CI/KR. Our organization is ready to deliver our highly-published capabilities with Bravatek, who has a competent team which we hope will capitalize on DarkPulse’s state-of-the-art capabilities.”
