eCrypt to Release Second Generation Encryption Software for BlackBerry Smartphones

eCrypt Technologies, Inc., an information security firm focused on developing privacy softwares for the wireless industry, will release a second generation version of “eCrypt” email encryption software for BlackBerry smartphones.

Boulder, CO – March 3, 2010 – eCrypt Technologies (OTC Bulletin Board: ECRY) is in the final leg of BETA testing of the second generation version of email encryption software for BlackBerry® smartphones. Named simply “eCrypt v2”, the product will consist of all the same attributes and benefits as the first generation version which encrypts email messages for transmission across the Internet and wireless network, as well as storage on email servers, but will also feature advanced on-device keystore, and an additional PIN security feature for the decryption of emails.
